In addition to online services, we promote our products to customers around the world by participating in exhibitions. We really enjoy having face-to-face communication with customers, which is very efficient.
Not only that, we can also invite customers to visit our company and factory, which is the most direct way to let customers know about us.
On Sales Services
After the customer places an order, we will complete the production of plastic machinery according to their needs and conduct a 30 minute running test for each product before shipment.
The installation of the product will also be assisted by our equipment engineers. For some simple device installations, we can provide detailed documentation or video guides.
After-Sales Services
- We provide 500$ free parts every year, and free replacement for damaged parts within the warranty period.
- If the machine damage during transport, we promise to send the replaceable parts to customers for free.
- We promise to refund all the equipment payment and provide 10% of the equipment payment as compensation (lf you come to our factory to inspect the machine and find that the quality doesnot meet your requirements).
- We promise to compensate 100 USD for each day of overtime if the machines are not delivered ontime.
- We promise to compensate the customer with a refund based on the difference in output (lf the equipment does not reach our promised output). Actual output <5%, USD 2000 as compensation. Actual output <10%, USD 5000, and actual output <20%, USD 10000.
